Cerebro: the Gazeti AI that learns every night and improves under your control

Many AI bots stay the same or get worse. Cerebro, the core of gazeti·ai, learns every night from your real conversations and a person approves every change.

For days now, your customers have been asking your bot about the same thing, a topic that is in no manual. The bot gives every one of them the same answer: it does not have that information. Each customer leaves without what they came for. Nobody on your team sees it, because nobody reads those conversations.

The bot you bought is not the bot you have today

Almost any company can buy an artificial intelligence bot today. It answers well on day one. The trouble starts afterwards. Your business, meanwhile, moves every day: a new policy, a price that goes up, a question customers keep asking that nobody anticipated. The ordinary bot never hears about it. It stays the same and, over time, answers worse.

The opposite extreme does not work either. An AI that teaches itself and changes without anyone reviewing it is a risk: nobody in the company knows what it will tell a customer tomorrow. The executive pays twice: in sales lost to stale answers and in staff hours spent correcting the bot.

How does Cerebro learn?

I like to explain Cerebro with something that happens to all of us. You go to bed with a problem on your mind and cannot rest. You finally fall asleep and, at two or three in the morning, you wake up and you know the answer. Psychology has a name for it: incubation. I wanted to replicate that effect in Cerebro, and that is why it learns in the small hours.

Cerebro is the cornerstone of gazeti·ai. You hand it your catalogs, policies and manuals just as you have them today, and it organizes them on its own. But day-one knowledge is static, and Cerebro exists so that it stops being static.

Every night, in the small hours, Cerebro reviews the day’s real conversations. If an agent could not answer a topic, Cerebro treats it as an opportunity and drafts a proposal. If it finds outdated information or a better way to deal with a customer, it proposes that too. It learns knowledge, meaning facts and answers, and behavior: how to approach a customer.

Who decides what my AI learns?

You do. No proposal goes into production on its own. Every piece of learning passes through a person at your company who approves it, rejects it or edits it, from their own WhatsApp. What you approve, the agent applies the next day. What you reject never exists.

A hypothetical example. An insurer changes the terms of a coverage on a Monday, and that day twelve customers ask about it. The agent answers with the old terms. That night Cerebro spots the gap and proposes the corrected answer. The head of customer service approves it from her phone in a minute. On Tuesday the agent already answers correctly. No project, no engineers, no waiting on anyone.

That is what we at Gazeti call regenerative artificial intelligence: an agent that, every night, learns from what happened in your business and gets better every day, under your control.

María: the product, running today

María is the agent who answers visitors to gazeti.net on WhatsApp, at any hour and in their language. She is not a demo: she is the same product we put to work with any company’s brand and knowledge, and Cerebro is what keeps her current. If she did not know a topic today, she knows it tomorrow, once your team approves what she learned.

Why Gazeti

AI bots are everywhere. Few offer one with automatic, regenerative learning supervised by a person. Gazeti is a pioneer in regenerative AI, and that is the difference you notice six months in: the ordinary bot stalls or gets worse; the gazeti·ai agent regenerates and improves, and never changes without someone at your company approving it. And the platform is run by a licensed carrier on its own network.

Where Cerebro is headed: our intention is for it not to live only inside gazeti·ai, but to connect with other platforms, CRMs and APIs, so that your company’s knowledge regenerates wherever it lives. We are taking Cerebro toward being a component that other systems can use.
